Fair Price and KiC Fridge **** products

We bought a KIC Fridge at Fair Price jhb chb now when we got home we discovered the deep freezer door was not closing nice,so reported it to Fair Price then they sent their technician to fix the door. After that because we had to wait to gas to settle down before we switched in on . After switching the fridge on we discovered that it was making funny noise when its on we reported it again they sent their Fair Price Technician to look in to it upon arrival the guy said it needs a KIC technician because its not working nice . They sent KIC white technician then when he came he said there is nothing wrong with the fridge he didn't even look or do anything. I have always trusted KiC products but after this experience i cant,,,i have always trusted Fair Price but after this experience i cant. I regret why i went there and spent my hard earned cash. Please if you can assist me do because the fridge is there doing nothing at home #KICmustfall#fairprice****thingsmustfall
