Fair Price Alberton

Good day. Been buying so much stuff from Fair Price their prices are reasonable. But had the worse experience ever. It took them to get a installer to install my kitchen cupboard 6 weeks after it was delivered to me. When the installer arrived and installed them not even a week the doors of the cupboards starting falling off and very big gaps on doors. I took p8ctures and went to see the Manager at Alberton branch where I have purchased the goods Wgen she had something to say I asked her how could these small *****s ever hold a door in place all of them are pulling apart i am to scared by touching the doors. After 5 weeks Still no contact I tgen called head office tge lady said she will let Management deal with this. Not even one phone call since Monday. Bought head board with two side cupboards no handles were delivered with them this was just a werk after purchasing the kitchencuoboards.tv.basin.microwave ect. When I called the manager and told her she said sge will put in request for them. After 6 weeks she called me and waisting my time telling me the handles has arrived. I was furious because when I got their she had handles that was nearly bigger then the side cu0board. I asked her and what must I do with these. Asked her if she would put these on her cupboards. Never ever will I refer anyone to them. Wasted so much airtime and petrol by following up all the time.
