Fair price

I ordered online and made a payment including delivery, was informed that it should take 3 days for the delivery to be made meaning by the 29th/12/23 I should have received my delivery, till today there’s nothing, no update. Contacted the customer support center, with ticket 674157 and Melusi innocent Mngomezulu, he advised that the dispatch should be on Wednesday 03/01/24, I sent another follow up email and still no reply/response. Literally no one is taking interest in my item getting delivered, especially since it’s past the SLA. The supposed convenience made to buy online and get your order/furniture delivered is not there.
