help me expose FAIR PRICE, October 2022 i bought a 18kg Hisence top loader machine, warranty was 3years due to me moving slip was lost I've look everywhere i cant find it , i did go to the shop for assistance but no luck then call head office spoken to Berinda/Belinda she also said no they cant help. i have a bank statement showing that i was at their shop. I was told once you loss the slip they cant assist when i call Hisence they said they will bill me, but why is there no back up for the transaction that happens there not even a POD from the driver book. Please give us time to check just a plain NO
