Fair Price

Where do I even begin!!! It has been a complete nightmare dealing with fair price, I ordered a wardrobe, coffee table, mirror and two side tables. Wardrobe had a missing piece and it took another two weeks to eventually getting the piece, lets not get started with the assembler!!! He constantly asked us for money and messed us around daily. The side mirrors I then ordered were not available in white, I then get a call asking if I will take grey, when I said no they insisted I take the grey, I again said no thank you and asked for a refund, I am now waiting patiently for that to happen next. We then received the mirror, this is where it becomes even worse, mirror was with the driver for two whole days before being delivered, I got a phone call on the Monday to say he would deliver in the afternoon, nothing happened, when I called him, he said it got to late to deliver, he then phoned Tuesday morning and said he would deliver after 2, that didn't happen either, he then said he would be there at 5, he arrived dropped off the items and left. Mirror was completely broken and he refused to take it back. I have now been in contact with Fair Price and was told the driver will pay for the broken mirror and deliver the new one but I have to wait for the driver to pay for the mirror first before I can get a new one as its company protocol. Please do not buy from fair price, they treat their customers badly and offer a very bad service. I have learnt my lesson, never again! Lets see if I even get my refund for the side tables I have never received.
