Fair hell

I bought a kitchen unit from fair price boksburg on the 20th December Thobile the salesman who assisted me, promised me the unit would be delivered on the 22nd which never happened. When I called to ask when the unit will be delivered Thobile told me he will find out and call me back which he didn't do. Feeling frustrated I called head office to find out about my delivery I was then promised again the unit will be delivered but it didnt happen as promised, when the unit was finally delivered it had so much damages that they even took a permanent maker to cover up some of the damages. I then told the driver Gavin I'm not happy with the condition of the unit and want to return it he said no I must go back to the store I bought it from and they will give him instructions to collect the unit from me. Lettie at head office tried helping me to get them to collect the unit but after numerous phones calls to the store and head office they still have not collected the unit. I am disgusted by the service they give to customers I have bought a lot of things from fair price but never experienced this level of bad service I will never ever buy from them again.
