Failed order for the past 3 months

Terrible service from the voslorus branch the manager Sizwe or Sandile not sure about his name but he is very rude and arrogant won't look at you in the eye and apologize after his terrible service and communication this man doesn't deserve to be in a management postion, worse because you walk into the store every customer is unhappy about the service, i wouldnt recommend anyone to shop at that store, worse cause I feel like fairprice is supporting this nonsense behavior by not responding to customer reviews, I will make sure I go on every social media platform, including hello peter and the business complaints department for retail stores, fair price and it's rude staff has been getting away with all this nonsense it's time someone teaches them a lesson.....i have never seen a store that doesn't take customer service serious,advice to anyone who wants to shop there don't go and don't purchase because the manager is rude. I don't think he even went for management and customer service training, this is disappointing fair price especially after shopping at good branches like alberton where they appreciate and deal with customer queries with such professionalism I will not rest until that store is sorted out.
