Factory fault

I bought a tv stand at fair price (ollifantsfonten) 25 February 2025..(to be self assembled ) Got home hired an experienced handyman . Only to find out that the board that divide the tv stand doesn't align to the fitting *****s.

I called back to tell them the issue ..they said to me maybe i couldn't assamble the stand...

From my side i cant take back the stand due to transport finance and the stand had its own factory fault...i was asking to take back the only board that is not useful ..but they refused
