Extremely poor service

Giving them no stars!! I orderd and paid for a box freezer on 27 Desember, it is 6 January today i still have not recieved my order. Called them, they said they can not tell me when they can deliver, sent email on 3rd of Jan, they said the delivery driver only started working that day, iand there is a back log, they can not give me delivery day, but can refund so i can go to store and buy, if they told me there was no driver, i would not have ordered, my freezer broke and i needed it urgently, i ordered online because i dont have a vehicle that can transport the freezer, I have to go back to work, i will in future not order from fair Price online again. The service is not up to standard. No updates recieved as well. Only asked today if item has been delivered today. Nothing happned.
