Extremely poor customer service at Fair Price HQ

I posted on hello Peter about bad service I received from Fair Price HQ... And fortunate enough my issue was resolved. But I received a call today from Fairprice complaining to me that why did I complain about them on hello Peter. Imagine the nerve to treat their customers so bad. Their sales lady at the store phoned me to apologize and confirm if we really got a new blanket box... The HQ should learn from their staff members based in their branches. Am super angry with Fair price now more than ever.
