Extremely Disappointed with service and product quality from Fair Price HILLBROW

I recently purchased a fridge and washing machine from this store, and I am extremely disappointed with both the condition of the products and the service I received.

The delivery was scheduled while I wasn’t home, so I asked them to unload the items at the security point. When I arrived, I opened the washing machine, I discovered that it was damaged and appeared to have been hit before I received it.

I immediately reached out to the store to report the issue, but they told me it was my fault and refused to take responsibility. To make matters worse, every time I tried to follow up, my calls were either ignored or the phone was switched off completely, making it impossible to resolve the situation.

The way I’ve been treated is completely unacceptable. Not only was the washing machine delivered damaged, but the store’s complete lack of accountability and poor communication has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I would not recommend purchasing from this store based on my experience.

I’ve been requesting to return the machine for a new one or a refund but they keep dismissing me. They even look for every reason to make it my fault.

Even when I asked to speak to the manager, they keep exchanging the phone with each other. They just keep going back and forth with this matter saying they are still investigating.
