Extremely Disappointed with Delivery Service

Good day ,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent delivery. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to your team via email and phone calls, I have been met with silence and misinformation. After finally managing to get through to someone, I was provided with a contact number that turned out to be unrelated to my query. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned with your company's customer service. Furthermore, despite my efforts to seek assistance from your HR department, I was met with indifference and disrespect, as the representative chose to hang up on me rather than address my concerns. As a customer, I am left questioning whether your company truly values its clients. I have been waiting for almost a month with no updates or resolution in sight. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the status of my delivery and assurance that steps will be taken to rectify this situation. Thank you for your attention to this matter
