Extremely bad service

Fair price benoni is the worst, paid in full for a bedroom suite and blanket box was promised delivery on the 22nd. On the 22nd at 13h00 when I called I was told that they are busy assembling it and promised to deliver the Saturday 23rd. At 9h30am when I called I was told they are on their way, at 13h00 when I called they said it will be delivered before 15h00, at 15h15 when I called they said they will call then warehouse and phone me back I'm still waiting for them to call me back. So after telling them I'm not available this coming week to receive my goods I was promised Friday and now it's Sunday and still nothing. Paid in full on Wednesday before 12, goods are in stock so their 48hr delivery promise is a lie
