Extremely bad service

If there was a choice to give minus stars i would definitely do so. Should have checked hello Peter reviews before buying from fair price. Its been 2 weeks i ordered a headboard and was told it would be delivered in 2 days. I have called, emailed to no luck. They just do not respond to any form of communication. I am highly disappointed that a company this big has such unprofessionalism
