extremely bad service

I went to buy a couch at fair price krugersdorp last year September 2024 and when they couch get to my place I find out the this couch is damaged and I returned back to store and they said they gonna fix it in a week only to find out that my couch has not been delivered again today I am still waiting for it and we are on 2025 Feb they still fixing my couch
