EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have placed and order almost 2 weeks ago. they promised delivery within 4 days. they got my address wrong. they "returned " my goods to the store then "shipped" it to vereeniging for delivery now nobody is getting back to me. nobody picks up a phone.
