Excellent Customer service

I received an excellent service from Zoe at Fairprice. On the 11th June I ordered a bed set online and it was out of stock... I waited for a month nothing was happening and I was getting frustrated I sent an email to customer service which was rep**** by Zoe, she informed me that they are having problems with the supplier and asked if I would like to choose another bed set or if I wanted to wait for the original order. My choice had to be something similar to the original item in price, but the one I liked was a little more expensive so I told her that I will pay the difference... She sold me the optional item with same price, it was a better quality and she organised it to be delivered the next day... She was very professional, helpful and she went extra miles to make me a happy customer... The service was extremely excellent...
