EMPTY PROMISES

We made a purchase at Fair Price Dhlamini Junction on Saturday morning, the sales person Khotso Lenono told us that our items will be delivered the same day, even after my partner asked if the delivery time is not 2-3 working days. We waited all day, no delivery. On Sunday morning we called the store and we were told by Khotso that the wearhouse was offline when the driver tried to collect, so the items could not be checked out. He then assured us that delivery will be made on Monday. Monday morning I called again asking about eta and a lady told me 'today after 5pm' then randomly mentioned that the driver said it was too full at the wearhouse on Saturday, that's the reason the driver didn't make it (how lame). I'm typing this at 19:30 because our items are still not delivered. Why is the store making all these promises but not fulfilling them? Im so disappointed and irate, we sped up our moving process thinking that we will have enough storage for our things but we are now living in a clutter.
