empty promise and lie to a customer

<p>Last week ,I bought a wall drope and a computer stand,the sales man told me,I would get them by Friday,they still haven't delivered or made any contact to me why they haven't delivered my stuff,coz the minute u pay for something u expect to get it,and use It when u want it....what bothers me is why didn't they contact me to tell me why are they not delivering them,I feel like a fool,am really disapointed and i don't want to be refunded I just want my stuff,coz suppose to pay for delivery so am Not sure if I should use the money or since well they have delayed they will pay for it</p>
