Employee asks for Colddrink money

Employees at fair price dont make an effort to make you feel welcome at all infact theres no appropriate customer service. The staff sits around in the store like they're on tea/lunch break. I was there more than 3 times this month we bought a stand there and said no thanks for delivery as we had our own transport. My husband fetched it later that day and upon pick up the employee who assisted asked for "cold drink" money. This is unacceptable really.
