Don't order anything online. I ordered wardrobe along with other items which were delivered on the 7th of January late in the afternoon. It was raining heavily however I went out to assist the drivers to put the items inside. The wardrobe they delivered is a second hand wardrobe with lots of scratches without keys and handles. I logged the call with FairPrice the same day. Mohammed doesn't have customer service. He knew from the word go, after I logged the call, that he doesn't want to assist me. After a while he told me about the 20 day policy, on my side it was the 16th day on his side it was the 20th day (as he's counting Sunday), without any prior notice or call as I could have asked to knock off early from work so that the drivers can collect the wardrobe at my place. Now I'm stuck, with a second hand wardrobe without keys and handles since January 2025. Fair Price are interested in peoples money but not in providing a good service for what the customers paid
