Don’t buy from them worse place

Don’t ever go to fair price east rand value mall. There is a sales person named Blessing. He is a **** and worst service received from him. On the 8th of Jan I came in to purchase a blanket box and two side bed tables. The blanket box was given to me and I was advised that I’ll get a call on the side tables when the back in stock. I called weekly and nothing,never in. I then got a call they ready after one and a half months. I advised blessing I’ll build my blanket box and come collect the side tables. That day I came to him and told him there is a loose piece on the blanket box when we built it.he confirmed that I must bring it in and he will swop it out. I told him it was built he said it was fine. I that same day he told me they messed up my order I have one wrong colour unit.i said I’ll await the correct one and collect them together and do exchange. Again he agreed. He never called I had to call over and over again to confirm what’s going on they gave me the run around. Finally I was told this Friday they managed to get the other pedestal. I brought the lid in as Sherona agreed I could do so. Upon arrival to collect Blessing **** and said he said he wouldn’t exchange it as he originally agreed, he refused to call the area manager and his lies just continued. He was hiding the whole time. The feedback was give the area manager refuses to exchange it. I want to use my CPA rights. What a ****. Can’t believe this is how the store operates and I will take this further.Jerome is the only person that deserves a job there.
