Does not want to deleiver our product

I am very angry at how you handle your customers, you dont even respond to emails and queries, nor do you pick up your phone. We bought a washing machine online and now that you took the money you dont bother delivering what belongs to us, you made us seat the whole day Saturday and saying you coming but never showed up nor update us, please refund my money if you dont want to deliver.
