Do not buy from Fair Price

I bought a fridge from Fair Price and I was dealing with Mohammed. He never told me the store policy. When the fridge arrived I was told that they don’t take it up the stairs they leave it down stairs. Mohammed never communicated that with me. I live alone, I’m a woman. How am I suppose to carry a fridge to my flat alone? I was disappointed with Fair price as their policy is stupid to say the least. Don’t make a mistake of buying from Fair price you will have to carry your own furniture to the flat. I have never heard of such a thing.

Terrible service and I wish I never bought from them!
