DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I strongly advise against using this company. There appear to be no proper quality checks in place, and orders are delivered incomplete. I purchased barstools on 1 December and had to do multiple follow-ups just to find out where my order was. The delivery eventually arrived on 10 December at 19:00, but the box was in very poor condition. Upon opening it, I discovered that the *****s required for assembly were missing.

I have been in communication with a representative named Zoe, who has been responsive and helpful; however, as of today, 17 December, I am still unable to use the barstools because the company cannot confirm when the supplier will deliver the missing *****s to their warehouse. As a first-time customer, this experience has been extremely disappointing and will also be my last. This level of service is unacceptable.
