Do not bay for Fair price please

On the 6th of November I placed a order on 2 items it's to day the 27th of November and my order still hasn't been delivered I have made 3 calls on the 12th and on the 17th and yet no feedback or a phone call from Fair Price to explain what is going on and what the plan is to get the items that I paid for 3 weeks ago will be delivered to me .
