Dissatisfied with Fair Price, Jabulanis' customer service

I purchased a couch from this retailer on the 26th August 2019, on the 28th when the couch was delivered to my apartment, the legs were broken when I tried to insert them on the base of the couch. I informed the retailer and they collected and replaced the broken legs at their warehouse. When my couch was delivered for a second time, it looked like it was months old due to the dust and scratches on the fabric that it came across at the retailers website. I immediately asked the driver who delivered the couch as to what could be done because my couch was now ruined, he referred me back to the store. At the store, I did not rcevive any sort of help or apology and as a result I'm stuck with an extremely old looking couch which is on the contrary relatively new. I feel like the store could have done so much more to remedy the situation but they failed dismally to do so.
