Dissatisfied customer

Good day,

I bought a 18kg Hisense washing machine from one of your stores located in Tsakane mall. I made my last payment in October 29th, to this date I haven't received the product. I gave them a call this morning I was told it's not in stock in store and the warehouse, now I'm told to wait until the 30th of December which is unacceptable.

I'm dissatisfied with the service I got from your store, all I need now is my money I no longer need anything from you because I was made to continue to pay R 7700 for a product that's no longer available in store warehouse. I even sent an email to your help deck and order email address and you haven't rep**** it, I'm very disappointed.
