Dissatisfied customer

I bought a 18 kg Hisense washing machine from Fair Price in Tsakane mall, I made my last payment in October 29th, to this date I haven't received the product, two months later. On my last payment I was told that my product will be delivered in 7 to 14 working days, when I called them on the 15th day they said today. Well I called them today I was told I'll have until the 30th of December which is unacceptable. When my mother place a lay-by the machine was there but now that is time to deliver they come with stories.

Mind you no one bothered to us to inform us about our lay-by, we had to call them. I need to now is my money back so that I can go elsewhere to get what I've been looking for. I'm dissatisfied and angry.
