Dissatisfied customer

I bought a stand on the 18th of February 2018 at Fairprice Midway and I was told that because the stand comes in pieces, they would allocate someone to come build it for me. The stand got delivered and the lady who sold it to me, P Madinane made a follow up with me to find out if it was delivered and I told her yes and she said they would allocate someone to come build it. I was called by Bheki and I told him that we are only available at 16:45 during the week and he told me that he can only come in the morning. I told him to come on weekends. I called and followed up with him but he has not come yet. I am so frustrated right now, I just want them to come collect their stand and refund me my money back.
