Dissapointed customer

I laybe washing machine and on my last payment day they said they can't recognize my finger print. I must get an affidavit for me to prove that it's my laybe. I had all the receipts showing proof of payment but still they needed affidavit. The staff were rude and not helpful Manager told me to get affidavit if I needed to collect laybe. I had to go to the police station and get affidavit that's when they helped me. What an experience lwas so disappointed they don't have customers service.
