Disrespect,Insolance and overallHORRIBLE customer service

I was made to pay R6900 for stock that was not avaliable.Warehouse did not have it and the store had no clue when they where going to recieve it. I then requested a refund, thats when all hell broke loose.Its day three and im struggling to get my money back at the Midway branch.The manager Eunice is disrespectful and speaks down to custoners.He keeps shouting at the lady who has the same issue as I ,just like he did earlier with me on the phone. The sales lady that assisted me in the sale is unapologetic about her error and point black told me its not her problem.
