Dispicable service

<p>I bought a bed from fair price in Limpopo and when I bought the bed I told the consultant that I stay in Boksburg and that the bed should be delivered in Boksburg.I then went into a branch in Boksburg to arrange for the bed to be delivered,I was told if I dont have a slip I will not get my bed.I spoke to a very arrogant manager his name is Ridwaan.I told him i had misplaced the slip but he insisted he wanted it.I then went home to try and look for it again and Luckily i found it and went back to the store.I get to the store and they told me the warehouse was closed and they would deliver the next day.I called several times and spoke to a guy by the name of Sipho who assured me that the bed would be delivered but to date the bed has not been delivered and nobody called to let me know or inform me that they wont make it.While I was at the store I asked to speak to the headoffice and the guy by the name of Abram refused to speak to me thats how unimportant customer service is to them.The manager at the store was not helpful at all and just didnt care.If I had known I would never have bought my bed at fair Price and will never recommend it to anyone.</p>
