Dishonest

I made a lay bye of a samsung friedge at wynberg branch and my final payment was on the 29-10-2017 at Alex mall branch and the consulted told me that my delivery will take 2 to a max of 5 working days but till today no delivery received. I visited both branches without any success. Everytmine when i pop at alex mall branch their consulted will still ask me to provide her with my reference number and phone number so she could do a follow up on this matter as she misplaced it and this shows that there was no follow up on this matter this keeps always going on everytime i visit their store.Their head office customer number rings unanswered everytime
