Disgusting, Unprofessional and Appalling Service

I would like to complain about the appalling service that I have received at Fair Price Southgate Value Mart, I bought a coffee table worth R1000, upon collection on the 30th March I was told that they do not have inside the store, I was asked if I will be able to collect it at their Booysens warehouse and was told that all their drivers were un available and that they will ask them to collect it the following day and that I should come back the following day 31 March to collect it at around 3:30pm, I explained and stressed to them that I need it to be delivered latest by Friday 1st April and I was assured that I will get it the following day, my brother went there at 4:00pm on the specified date however he was told that it hasn't arrived and that he should come back the following day, On the 1st April my brother went to the shop again to collect the table and he was given another excuse. They only had the audacity to call on Monday and tell me that the table was delivered and that was when I told them that I am no longer interested and that I want my money back, they agreed that I will receive is upon arrival, now all I'm getting is excuses. I NO LONGER REQUIRE THEIR SERVICES AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! failing to do that I will escalate this matter to the consumer ombudsman.
