Disgusting Service – Paid in Full and Treated With Contempt

Paid in full on 21 December for a couch and cupboard after being promised delivery in the first week of January. That promise was meaningless. Delivery dates kept changing — mid-January, end of January, and finally end of February. Pure dishonesty.

After selling our old couches, we were left without furniture while Fair Price kept giving excuses. When we went into the store on 31 December, the level of incompetence was shocking. Management was disorganised, unhelpful, and clearly clueless. Only when we demanded a refund did stock suddenly “appear” at another warehouse — a blatant attempt to cover their failures.

We chose a refund due to zero trust. Even that turned into a disaster: no email set up, hours wasted, and no money returned as of 6 January. Holding a customer’s money after failing to deliver is unacceptable.

Fair Price is badly managed, misleading, and does not care once payment is made. Time wasted. Money withheld. Trust destroyed. Do not shop here.
