Disgusting Service at Fair Price Tembisa

I was bought a Chest Freezer via EFT by the company that helps entreprenuers.The payment was made on the 9th November 2015 from an FNB to an FNB(Fair Price) account.First I was told last week Wednesday(12th) that the payment would have to be checked against their account people and once it is reflecting I would be contacted to come fetch my Freezer.I was told that the latest would be Thursday morning(next day).I then noticed that the freezer was market down by R300 for which I asked Conny the saleslady about a refund as I paid the old price and the special was valid when the EFT payment was made.She rudely told me I would not be getting a refund at all regardless of when I paid.I went to check for my Freezer on Saturday(14th)and was told that my Freezer was given to someone else since they had cash(As if EFT IS CREDIT).I was then told that the special marked down price was over on Friday the same day that the transaction\was approved"but will not get a refund.I was told that stock will be available during the week.Today is Wednesday"
