Disgusting service at Fair Price Cosmo City

Fair price Cosmo City - horrible service, the manager is clueless, I'm still disgusted by their service. Bought a fridge on 27 April, fridge not working, every time I check on the process they tell me they are still waiting for paperwork from KIC. Today is the 17 May, still no fridge or refund
