Disgusting service!!!!

Bad service from Fairprice Springs 47 4th street store!!!!

I bought a bedroom suite on the 20th of March and was told that delivery would be done within 48hrs ,called the shop on saturday to find out when the bedroom suite would be delivered only to be told that the guys who are supposed to assemble it are on long weekend leave(mind you i had to call) i asked the consultant i spoke to if there isn't anyone who can assist me besides the guys on leave since the 48hrs has long passed and they have been quiet and didn't even bother to let me know what was happening and she said no they are the only ones who can assemble it.I called again today and was told that it hasn't been assembled,will be going back to your store tomorrow with my own petrol to get my money bac****I am never buying anything again from FairPrice and will never refer anyone to your store as i am disgusted by the level of your service,you have lost a customer!!!!
