Disgusting manager

The service is horrible. Ali cant manage that store period he has failed customers so many times. I am stuck with a stove that is not working since April and have reported it phoned countless times even been to the store countless times. Ali the store manager is a **** period. He can't keep his word I have been waiting for his call and the driver that delivered the stove. I am disgusted by this man.
