Disgusted in their customer care

I bought something online on Black Friday. The last correspondence I received from them was my Invoice. I was calling them today to check when will my stuff be dispatched. No response, I have tried their customer care line (and most of the extensions, I also tried getting hold of the operator) - no response. I tried calling their branch in Rosettenville, no response, tried Calling their branch in JHB Central- no answer. I tried emailing help desk and online- no response. What is going on with this store? When I track the order it states it’s in the warehouse- but it’s been saying that since Friday. This is the customer service we get- Never again will I purchase anything from this store- Pathetic
