Disgusted by pilar to post with a ****py service

<p>I am disgusted at the service i received from Fair Price Benoni. I bought a wardrobe from the on the 27-04-2017, Thursday and was told it will be assembled on Saturday. When they came to deliver I was told that what the sales consultant said about assembling was not true, however I was promised that they will come on Sunday or Monday. Which never happened. On Tuesday i called the store and I spoke to the manager by the name of Precious who promised to get back to me and never did. Next thing I knew I was contacted by a "driver" who claimed to have attempted to come to my house for assembling but got lost. I told tehm i want my money back, there was no responce and that wsas the last I heard of them. On Thursday 04-05-2017 I called them again and spoke to another manager who promised to look into the matter and get back to me. Later in the day I was contacted by the sales consultant Sthembile who sold the wardrobe to me and promised to come the next day. On Friday he called me again to confirm the address, they then got to my house around 7 and they were drinking, they had brought beers into the hpuse. They worked on the wardrobe until 11pm and were demanding transport from me or else they were going to sleep in the house on my bed. I told them that i cannot give that to them as it was not my fault for them to get to the house that late. When i checked the wardrobe on Sunday, the drawers were not work, the handles are pierced by the *****s and they left the woods. I tried to complain at the store and I spoke to another manager by the name of Almal and all he was interested in was me e-mailing the invoice. Please advise what can I do in this situation. I'm just too angry and I'm tired of begging them to give me a proper service.</p>
