Disgusted by fair price at Olieven Plaza in Centurion

So I bought a tv stand and a coffee table at fair price store in Olieva plaza. They said to me I must give them 7 days and everything will be delivered within that time. The receipt itself is written minimum 5 days and 10 days maximum. Now they called me and wanted to deliver only the tv stand, all I needed was it and the coffee table as well. It's been now 12 days and it took me to call them and ask what the hold up is, in that same store, they passed me around to 3 people including whom they said was a store manager. Mind you, I am using my own airtime here, to request the goods that I have paid for, I have also paid for transport as well. Still nothing! Fair Price head office, please contact your employees there, Mzuvukile Same, and let them know that all the money I have paid must be there tomorrow morning because I am coming to collect it! I won't beg for anything I have paid for, I refuse! Such a bad client experience at Fair Price. Wake up South Africa!
