Disappointing service, lying to their customers

Please be warned about Fair Price Furniture Southgate Value Mart, the so called manager (Ali) has no regard as to how they treat their customers, they have the broadest smiles when they take your money. Approximately 3 months ago i bought a base and mattress cash, it was delivered on time but i'm not happy with it, it started sagging, one of the legs broke off and the materiaal starting tearing. Ali who i complained told me i would be contacted on 9th of November 2020, i'm still waiting. Ali you must learn to be truthful to your customers, i think you let when you told me that you having problems with the network that is why your phones are not, that's a lie. You were just trying to get rid off me.
