Disappointed on Tv stand assembling

I bought a tv stand at Fairprice Soshanguve Batho Plaza on the 31st Dec 2019, they included the assembling on the price of the stand. Till today I’m struggling to get it done ,I’m calling everyday but no luck.I am so disappointed
