Disappointed

I wish I could give the Southgate store zero stars!

1. When i went there to make a purchase no one bothered helping us and we sat on the display couches until I eventually asked someone if they worked there 2. After i made a cash purchase of two items, i was advised that my order will be delivered on Saturday 27 March 2024 which didnt happen and no one bothered calling me to tell me why 3. I made several attempts to find out where my delivery is over the next couple of days until I was told there is no stock and again, no one bothered telling me 4. I was told to send a picture of my ID to a personal WhatsApp number which violates my POPIA! 5. I was forced to go to the store to sort out the stock issue as I was not willing to send my ID to a stranger via WhatsApp 6. While in the store, I made several requests to speak to the manager (Princess) and she completely ignored my requests and just avoids you 7. I was advised on 04 May 2024 that my order would definitely be delivered Monday (today) 6th May 2024 and this did not happen AGAIN! I called to confirm delivery and was asked for my reference and was advised that a driver will contact me later today as the order is out for delivery. It's 17:36 and no one has contacted!

I do not recommend doing any purchases from this store!! Save yourself the headache
