Disappointed by online service

Bought things online on the 20th August 2024 thinking that it will take 3_5 days to be delivered but nothing when I call after 7 days they said the tried to call me to no avail and he then postponed the date to 30th September can ypu imagine!!!my phone was never off I've been waiting for delivery.when I call online they promise to fix it and update me as stock is available,calling them again for updates they just ignore my call.. I'm very disappointed 😥
