Disappointed by Fair Price furniture

I bought my cupboard in fair price by bara on the 14th February was told it will be delivered within 2 weeks luckily got delivered early . Fine I call in so they can assist spoke to Thokozani he sent some guy to come . I had to drive and fetch the person as they mentioned they don’t know the place . He opened the box he then found that one of the doors it’s damaged and there’s scratches on one fine . I took the picture sent to that Thokozani guy promised me it will be sorted out . It’s been almost week and couple of days it’s not sorted out . Called the store I was told he will show on the 3rd of march nothing from him at all . Wendy who is my sales person said she will get back to me on Monday she didn’t bother too. My cupboard doesn’t have a door it’s so embarrassing like honestly I am so disappointed
