Disappointed!

I lay bye a wardrobe and paid off last week Thursday and I was advised that I will get it on the following Saturday but I didn't get it then on Wednesday I went to the store to check again and I was told that I should go to Johannesburg branch and pay R400 for delivery whereby I bought it at their store so that there shouldn't be any unnecessary costs. Their service is rediculous and they don't even bother to update me on anything but I've already paid off my wardrobe! I am so disappointed
