Difficulty of getting my wardrobe fixed.

Bought a wardrobe at fair price Olievenhoutbosch plaza 2September2017,they sent an assembler to assemble it but he damaged it instead.I made a complaint to the manager ********** and he came to check it and he saw the damage, and he promised to sort it by bringing another assembler which he came to fix but the damage was already too much to be fixed.he notified his boss( ********** ) about this and he promised to replace the damaged parts,which he never did as I try to communicate with him he hanged the phone on my ear,as i continue to try n communicate he always told m his not around he just came back from where and where but he can only give me the guarantee of the wardrobe which I ddnt agree to it.He told me to give him 4days to get the material since he hasn't get back to me n it's now 2months I'm waiting.Please help m get a refund as i have struggled a lot reaching out to them.
